Amarillo police have arrested Noe Rubio-Garcia, 39, for his involvement in a December 2016 traffic fatality.
On April 21 around 12:00 a.m. officers located Rubio-Garcia at a residence in the 300 block of South Florida.
He was arrested for Criminal Negligent Homicide and booked into the Randall County Jail.
On December 20, 2016, Noe Rubio-Garcia was driving a GMC Envoy southbound on Georgia when it hit the driver’s side door of a white Chevrolet which was traveling eastbound on 45th. The Envoy traveling southbound spun out and hit a black Hyundai vehicle in the turning lane.
The driver of the Chevrolet, Ismael Santoyo Rosales, 51, of Tulia, was pronounced dead at the scene.
