David Raymond Romaine Arrested in Connection With December 2016 Shooting

Police said a warrant for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon – Family Violence was issued for 36-year-old David Raymond Romaine after an investigation found that he was the suspect in a shooting that took place on Dec. 9.

The incident happened in the 2900- block of South Woodland when a 40-year-old woman was shot in the upper body, police said. She was taken to the hospital in serious but stable condition.

On Thursday, April 6, just before 4 p.m., officers got information that Romaine was working for a business in the 600- block of South Grant Street. APD said officers arrested him at the business and he was booked into the Randall County Jail for his warrant
